I Visited today for a new tire. They assured me on the phone that they could help a walk in no problem even though it was half an hour to close. Ben and mike showed exceptional customer service, I would definitely recommend this location to anyone for a quick fix or even big vehicle problems.

My family has been using this Pepboys since 2013 to maintain and repair our 8+ vehicles over that span of time. They do great work and are always making the most of what they have in front of them. Shout out to the manager, Michael, who recently saved the day for my family by squeezing us in last minute so we could make it to work the next day.

Well to start I’m so glad I dodged a bullet! My grand caravan died while working and right away I knew it was electrical. Had it towed here bc it’s the closest. Of course alternator went bad…it happens. But when we went to see the cost they told us alternator was bad, “unspecified” oil leak was leaking onto it causing the problem. makes sense right? And to top it off they said our motor mounts were bad. When mounts are bad you will feel shaking and knocking which none of was happening. Total quote they gave was $4000 without showing us an estimate. Come to find out they wanted to charge $400 for a $200 alternator, $600 for a valve gasket cover plus $300 for labor on installing that (it’s an $80 part). Not to mention motor mounts added to total 4K. I just don’t understand how places like this take part in ripping off people and not showing estimates. The manager was hesitant in giving me one and I see why. We took our van to Auto Clinic of Brandon. GO THERE INSTEAD! Only $600 for the actual needed repairs and she’s purring like brand new.
