Excellent food. Their new menu is superb. Its usually a bit of time to get a table. It takes a bit for the wait staff. They are always understaffed so be patient. If you're in a hurry Bob Evans is not the place to dine but I love all their food and the staff is always super nice!

Not a good Bob Evans experience. They are unable to serve grits or oatmeal after 11pm. Burgers buns were not available so burgers were essentially not available. Ordered the fish and it was not filleted correctly so it tasted horrible. I did not ask to see the manager however the waitress offered to have the manager come over. Even after the waitress asking him to come over, it took forever for him to show up at our table. Overall not a good experience at Bob Evans. I get it to help me on grits are not available at 11:00 p.m. any Bob Evans is explained to me. I'm not putting that on this particular restaurant. However that's something super simple to make and should be available. Same with the fish I understand that they don't play there at the restaurant however they are the ones serving it. The slow service is on this particular restaurant though. Waitress was good and handle the situation appropriately.

As always great food and awesome service. Our family always love to come here as it is my mom’s favorite restaurant. The complimentary breads are awesome. Most of our family do enjoy their complimentary banana bread the best. Almost everyone has tried and loved their honey butter chicken breasts while the kids their little piggy hotcakes.

We ordered chocolate chip pancakes with bacon, and berry pancakes with turkey sausage. The pancakes were a big portion and done well. But mine was missing the bacon, and my wife's was sausage links instead of turkey sausage. All orders should be reviewed that they have everything before going out. If not, you will have many more customers with the same problem. Should be a simple procedure. I'm a supervisor and quality is extremely important to me, as it should for any supervisor or worker.
