Very large selection, friendly staff, and great prices. The only reason its not 5 star is because there is a 15 minute limit time to shop. So if you're new to the store, then you'd better run lol

Sales associates not friendly. At this time you're only allowed to touched the merchandise if you purchase it, and you must ware their food handlers type plastic gloves. They won't give you a pair of gloves unless you're ready to put the item in your basket. They are so worried about getting "sick" they are waring the mask below their nose. LOL! I drove all the way from the Inland Empire to come it, not worth the drive. 3-4 doors down, there is store that sales chains and metal charms, sales people and merchandise are great!

I love this place! The owner is so helpful and patient! Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. I spent less money than expected and the quality was amazing. I won’t be going anywhere else for my beads.
