They have aided (by request) in fabric selection and sewing construction info for every project I've done. It's a small store but their fabric selection is BEAUTIFUL and top of the line. Best high end fabric store I've been to.

Yes, they sell some patterns. A limited selection from Decades of Style patterns.
Most of these public question are answered by shoppers and non-employees. For specific questions like these it's best to call. I'm sure they have polyester but have no idea if they have what you want. It's a nice store, full of beautiful garment, quilting, and home dec fabrics. Not a huge store, but well curated.
Not sure, but it is the best fabric store on the planet.
