My main complaint was the room next to us was having a loud blast of music after 9pm like they’re having a party. Our room vibrated from the deep bass sound. We have young kids and we couldn’t sleep. I called staff to do something, nope, no one came upstairs. So we just had to check out at 9:30pm and drove back home hours away and tired. The area beyond USF are kinda sketchy. And I also don’t recommend going to their nearest Walmart and dollar tree. Hotel Staff are nice and friendly though. Breakfast was okay. It was a little dried out already and not as fresh. Gravy was very limited, one day it was empty another say it was only half. They don’t make much. Cleanliness of the room was AWFUL. Carpet was nasty, you can see all the stains. Door needs some wiping, I saw a lot of markings/splash from something. AC was very very dusty. I saw some molded food inside the vent. Yuck!! I was sneezing all day in the room. Rooms needed to be renovated and upgraded. Carpets need to be replaced also.

Initially My husband and I only book for one night. When I got to the room it was very clean and had a big bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the other hotel guest were not loud so we extended our stay for two extra nights. I only had a issue with each night we return to the room our key card would not work and I had to go back down to the front desk to get a new one.

Hotel was absolutely a huge disappointment. I was going to stay 3 nights but being in the room for 20 minutes informed the front desk I am leaving in the morning. The only reason I stayed overnight because I checked in later at night. Upon arrival I was offered a first room which in my opinion was not in livable condition. Awfully dirty carpet, dirty doors and pretty intense smell. Second room was almost the same. Breakfast area had very dirty floor, looks like was not clean for some time. Chairs instead color grey had almost color black with huge dirty spots , impossible to sit on them. Not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please avoid this place. As a note I would note take an excuse from hotel management, the situation is ridiculous. They should take serious look and take big spring cleaning/renovation.

The Hotel Staff, Front Desk and Breakfast Team were very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable of the property amenities. My room was very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. As a frequent traveler, a comfortable bed make the home away from home feel homey. The breakfast team prepared and served the delights with a smile. Lastly, this property is very convenient in the Tampa area. I will definitely stay here again.
