My reservation was for a King but I ended up with a Queen room and I didn’t complain. Now I Get locked out the door at 5:55 am because key not working and that’s ok but front desk lady sleep and kitchen lady just hollering across lobby telling me to wake her! Tht is not business or professional! They have Ok rooms but a few different front desk workers since visiting here are too thuggish for front desk! Breakfast here are the worst I ever had I wouldn’t prefer no business here.

Check in was extremely easy. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The hotel is immaculate. Very nice rooms and close to the highway for easy on and easy off. Grocery stores and restaurants are right across the street

Rooms are fine. If you happen to travel for work and your company books rooms online through diamond member don't come here. Sent me a email confirmation with room number and when I got here Katie made never want to come to this location again. Rudest person I've encountered in a long time. Lady at desk night before was great.

Positive: This was the perfect location for our experience at the Strawberry Festival. Although not walking distance to the festival, it was to restaurants and sundries. The breakfast was good and had plenty to choose from. Negative: The bathroom was not completely cleaned. Specifically, the shower had not been rinsed out.
