Please! Advise and aware of that young little skinny employé , she is very "big mouth".A very rude. Never got a problem with the other employe their until I met this young lady today. I was just trying to make a payment using my card. I ,finally ended up, being direspected as a costumer. The machine, she got had a problem and my card did not go through. I tried to swipe ,insert .etc.. Even pay cash! She tought there was no fund in my card. She started showing a facial expression telling me" it's decline", Etc... I told her, her machine has an issue, a problem. She started screaming, disrespected me . I asked to go to see her coworker ,the cashier (tall lady) on the side. She helped me to resolve the issue. very kind and quiet than her. She needs to fix her anger issues! Learn some good manners, stop being so aggressive, no matter you young or older than her. Costumer services is not her !! !! Very rude !!!

During the day when the owner is there, it’s efficient and well stocked. At night the staff is incompetent and are not professional the least. 3 staff members one on register the other two complaining about a line forming while continuing with their “duties”. Customers should not have to wait 10 minutes to cash out nor should the employees show blatant frustration. The main employee with the updo braids is criminally unemployable with her lackadaisical attitude towards patrons. With that being said although conveniently placed to my residence I’ll patronize the local West Orange location for better more efficient service.

They deserve 5 stars at least because they are true to the hours of service. 24hours Called to make sure they are open at 2 am and they answered right away. Not like 4 others locations that close before midnight and claim that they are open 24h.
