Everything is OK when I get my tea,yet I don't understand why the rest room is not available to the customers? The other Dunkin Donuts don't have that policy. It's just not right to the regular customers that come to the business!

Customer service was terrible. Had a guy in the back saying he won’t take my order until 6 and I was there at 5:58 clearly the guy hates his job.

Sweet staff, but so disorganized 😩 I ordered in advance (mobile for pick up) at 8:31am. It's 8:48am and they hadn't started my order. Also...the egg bites I ordered weren't available, that's on the app for not knowing inventory? Yikes....not for people in a rush to get to work and still have something to eat.
