The last year the service here has improved alot. I was use to only stop here when I was with out a choice of getting my coffee some where else. The service was extremely horrible. But lately its being better. It depends who you get on the window but still better than before.

Came into the store this morning, ordered and forgot my coffee. So as I was waiting on my food, I ordered OnThEGo mobile ordering thinking I was going to get my coffee pretty quick. Waited 20 minutes AFTER getting my food and I had to speak with the manager because the workers were clueless about my order. After another 10 minutes, I went back up to the counter and she said she’ll fix it and asked what I ordered. She got it ALL wrong. Never once did I say sweet foam cream. She even asked me if I wanted cream I said no I specifically said almond milk. This is what I got. I’m so frustrated. Food is cold now. Wow. Just wow.

I typically love Dunkin’, but just had the worst visit. Drive thru associate had the biggest attitude I’ve seen. They were out of cold brew (I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew), ok fine I tell the associate can I have a pumpkin spice latte, (she says I can’t we are out of cold) well duh last time I check a latte is different from cold brew. She argued with me, rolled eyes, slow service. She finally understood me and got me a pumpkin spice latte (was disgusting and watered down), I also ordered a pumpkin chai latte, cranberry refresher, pumpkin iced coffee, sweet tea, and 2 muffins. They were out of muffins and any of their fall edition donuts. Lady continued to roll her eyes and give me attitude. Gave me 2 straws for 5 drinks, no cup holder, drinks all watered down and no pumpkin taste whatsoever. Will never be returning to Dunkin’ at 13135 US-301 S, Riverview, FL 33578. Awful & rude customer service, out of lots of things. Just ridiculous

This place always seems to be busy. Service is okay and coffee is really good. I am happy with the quality of the donuts and my girls love the selection they offer. Always fun watch the kids go in and try and decide what to get with so many options available.
