We always tip our drivers but one employee is never happy with how much we tip. Gives a condescending tone while delivering the pizza we ordered and says to "have a safe night" as if he is threatening me. If you make normal hourly wage, do not expect tips. If the tips you are getting are not enough then find a better job. I'll come in to get the pizza next time that way I won't have someone making me feel guilty of something for just ordering food.

Loved they offered this for valentines We ordered on actual valentines day Perfect size for 2ppl. Pepperoni was perfect So cute and thoughtful Perfect end to a crazy day that we were trying to also avoid crazy waits or monday night reservations on valentines day. My family loves pizza hut, but this one had given us nothing but problems! We've complained multiple times over issues with orders being wrong, bad delivery drivers, and missing food. We ordered last Wednesday and this is how our two large stuff crust pizzas and our 16 wings came. Everything was also cold. We called and asked to speak to a manager, but we were transferred to a customer service call center. We could either be credited for the items or wait another hour or so for more food. I really wish they had better training for their staff.
