This was my first time going through not only an incident with my vehicle, but also filing a claim through insurance. They answered every question and call - and trust me I had A LOT! It was so helpful and comforting to have their support. Although I hope I don’t have to be a frequent one, I will most certainly be a customer for life :)

I brought my vehicle in for collision repair and I must say the quality of the work was excellent but more importantly, the customer service was unsurpassed! Tia of A1 Body and Glass of Coral Springs called me every week to let me know the status of my vehicle's repair work. She was very polite and professional and I really appreciate this level of service! She even called the rental company to pick up the rental vehicle at their premises so I wouldn't have to drop it off myself and return to pick up my vehicle! Kudos to Tia and A1 Body and Glass of Coral Springs for excellent quality work and outstanding customer service!

Had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. Brought the car in and was told it should take 2 weeks. A week later I stopped in to get an update and my car was still in the parking lot untouched. They said they have not done an estimate yet nor sent anything out to insurance. Was told it should be done on time or maybe a few days later. Fast forward to week three they say they are waiting on a part and it should be ready Friday. I call Monday and girl on the phone says they’re waiting for a part. I said they said the part should be in and done by Friday. She said oh that was a different part. I asked her when it should be ready and she said I have no idea. Going on one month without a car and have no idea when I’ll get it back. Will NEVER use or recommend this shop again
