I was not be able to come I spoke with raul to change date to next Friday the 28th as moving date i got email saying that was cancel Call back raul didn’t even told me that was not no more 5*5 but the weird thing mine was reserved so how is the today Saturday when i talk to him on Friday he didn’t inform me that my 5*5 that i reserved was not available anymore talk to him he start giving me attitude like was not his fault that my reservation was canceled even though i told him to change it for me what kinda customer service is this

So I want to edit my previous review below. After leaving this review, the corporation called me and offered me my previous rate. They didn't have to do that, and I appreciate the fact that they were trying to keep a customer happy during these trying times. I just wish they would have worked with me before having to leave a bad review. They've always been helpful in the past and working with my father as a senior rate customer. But thank you for the assistance. They are raising the price over 75% like we haven't been renting from them for over a year. They said that is what they could get new move-ins to pay so thats the rate increase. It's wrong to take advantage of people during a pandemic and thats what they are doing. We've been paying $200 a monthat a senior citizen rate and now they tell us rent has gone up to $300 a month. Horrible to take advantage of older people at their worst. Shame on you.

Great place. The prices are affordable and/or comparable with others in the area but what really sets this place over and above the rest if the outstanding front desk staff. Helpful, fun, friendly, patient, understand... everything you could possible hope for. The free truck rental when you sign-up is a great perk. Their loading dock is covered so moving my stuff into my storage unit while it was pouring rain was a non-issue. The place is clean, access is convenient... Can't recommend in highly enough [and if you've seen some of my other reviews, you know I'm not the easiest person to please or impress]
