We've had good experiences with this pIace before. We were lied to about the time we were promised, rudely shooed out the door, and charged for the time that we were promised that we didn't get. The owner literally talked over me and acted like I was talking crazy. I will not be returning to this establishment due to lack of professionalism and respect for the customer.

Not too shabby. Couldn't really tell who was in charge and waited by the "office" for someone to walk by. But besides that they have pretty good equipment in the rooms and decent rates. Was just a little bit sketched out when there was a huge pit bull in the doorway upon arriving. Luckily he was a friendly guy.

Reading the reviews I was excited to call and possibly rent a practice room. Upon calling whoever I spoke to was not only monotone but rude rude rude on the phone. It's a shame people don't realize that on phone impressions count too.
