Ordered a burger to go with extra fries. Wanted it with meat, cheese and lettuce only. No sauce or mayo. Ordered over the phone, drove 5 miles into town and still had to wait over 20 minutes in their lobby. Got it home, no extra fries and the burger had mayo all over it. I had told the girl no mayo or mustard over the phone twice to make sure she understood. We gave up trying to eat there quite a while back as no matter what day or time you had to wait forever for a table, then to place your order then your food. Now they even make a call in takeout horrible.

The burgers are amazing. I loved the fry sauce; and even the ranch dressing was home made & delicious. Fun atmosphere.

Beautiful new building. Looks very nice. Great service. Really love the Veggie Burger. This was probably one of the best vegetarian burgers I've ever had! Great combination of ingredients.

Waited for quite a bit of time to be seated. The waitress was friendly. She gets 5 stars. So does the staff! Good tasted better at the Eugene location, maybe it was just an off day for the cook. My son and I would recommend the pretzels as an appetizer. For some reason chicken was of the menu when we went that day??
