Service is always great. The chef and staff are happy and friendly. The food is AMAZING! I get the dragon roll almost every time, it is great! Even if you don't like sushi they have something for you. I recommend the hot sake!

I've been going to Ami for about a dozen years and it's always been consistently great food and service. The family who runs it are very personable and friendly, and the waitress they have now is prompt and knowledgeable. The fish tastes fresh, the the rolls are humongous, and the prices are reasonable. If you like very traditional sushi, don't bother. If you're up for something fun and unique, go here. If you LOVE delicious Korean bbq, definitely make the stop!

The restaurant is rugged and beat-up on the outside and no impressive lights too. It's scary for out-of-state people like me since many of Roseburg's community business buildings seems abandoned. But I supposed that's the charm of it. Inside are just people hanging out in Roseburg. The chef and waitress are sweet people. Even though they both called me cheap behind my back 😂, both service and food is nice. The place lingers with hospitality. Food is just simple and decent. Plus, having to heat up the stone for your bibimbap takes time and that deserves complimentary.
