Our first visit to Dixie Pig BBQ and it was excellent! Staff member helped us decide, there were tons of options! We had the open faced brisket and the chopped brisket platter. Both were excellent, generous portions and reasonable prices. Selection of bbq sauces including Carolina gold and vinegar as well. Fries, coleslaw, hush puppies and cornbread were also excellent. We’ll definitely be back.

Great Family owned little BBQ place that has been here for over 30 years. They just recently added Fried cheesecake and Cherry cobbler to their menu. They are both sooo delicious!!!!!!

What a great little cozy restaurant - family owned and operated for 30+ years in it's Oakland Park location on Dixie Hwy. I was in the mood for a pulled pork sandwich and theirs did not disappoint! Sauce came on the side so you can choose how much to put on your sandwich. The pulled pork was tender and moist without the need for sauce, but their bold-style house BBQ sauce was the perfect addition. I also added a side of sweet potato fries, which were great, but even more delicious when dipped in their house BBQ sauce. Counter service was very friendly and food came out quickly. I'll definitely go back to try their platters and other sides like hush puppies and corn bread.

Outstanding BBQ! I ordered ribs which were so tender and had absolutely amazing smoke flavor! I don't usually do reviews but these folks deserve it! One of the best collards I have had in a while. Brunswick stew was tasty too! Ordered take-out which was presented nicely in the container.
