I’ve never had such a great experience at a storage facility. Usually the people who work there are moody and don’t care to offer any extra help, however the person I worked with (Stephanie) made the whole process seamless! Im pretty sure she was the manager, if she wasn't she definitely should be! She was super professional and full of life and laughter. She saved me the hassle of traveling back and forth to different storage units by doing all the work for me. Im super appreciative of her putting forth so much effort and making me feel like a valuable customer.

Stephanie and Kyndal were awesome. Very accommodating and patient with all of my questions. This location provides one of the most flexible and friendly storage experiences. I personally prefer the fact that their outdoor units aren't enclosed in a gated area. They do have specific access hours though (6 am - 10 pm) and they have a security guard here at night.
