If you are Latino please don’t go there. I registered there and gave buy buy baby in general great business. But every time I go to this location I get stared down by their older white lady employees. Today I had a particular experience where they broke the law they had a bag listed for 10.99 the cashier refused to honor the price claiming that they have to go by what is scanned. I told her it was state law but I wasn’t going to make a fuss about it but she should go pull all the mislabeled bags back there. Made me feel inferior and I just walked away I will never step foot in this store ever again. Not like I couldn’t afford it but they are definitely not trying to make America great. I’m disappointed that racism is very alive and well here.

Bye, bye, baby! It’s 2022 and you’re not going to give people money back for their returns? Then you’re going to require I give you my phone number and email in order to return an item? Your desperate attempt to retain cash spent at your business is further pushing your customers to Amazon. Your only competitive advantage is immediate convenience and customer service! You’re only delivering the former. Leaving the store thinking how many months it will be before there’s a foreclosure sign on the building.

I purchased a stroller and got delivered yesterday. I was hesitant on color and returned it same day. They exchanged it for a new color (black) the box they gave me was opened and pretty messed up already. I thought nothing of it ITS JUST A BOX right. Well turns out we ( my husband and I ) decided to go a different route. I returned the stroller almost 9 months pregnant by myself. Well I get there and start getting questioned on why im returning an open box stroller. LIKE WHAT?????!!!!!!! You gave me that open box stroller yesterday. A gentleman with short blonde hair was helping me. Then this older lady with a white bob came and was giving me attitude “ what’s wrong with this one” NOTHING IS WRONG MARGARITE YOU GAVE ME THIS SAME BOX YESTERDAY. I guess where I am going here is that if you could avoid coming in store-do so. Or take your business elsewhere. They wanted to give me store credit because i used a third party to purchase iT. WHICH IS NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS BECAUSE THEIR GETTING THEIR ITEM BACK RIGHT. THIS WAS JUST A NIGHTMARE AND PRETTY HUMILIATING BEING TREATED LIKE I WAS DOING SOMETHING WRONG. WHEN I DID NOTHING WRONG. IF YOU ARE BUYING SOMETHING A STROLLER, CARSEAT, WHATEVER MAKE SURE YOUR BOX IS CLOSED BECAUSE IT ACTUALLY MATTERS.

I am an employee of the Bed Bath and Beyond line. I have worked at BBB on and off since 2003. I work for these stores because I know I can find hard working, caring associates. My experience at Buy Buy Baby was far from any of that! I asked 5 associates for help to order one thing online before my shift and all 5 of them including the store manager basically told me to do it myself to get my associate discount. By the 5th person, I was out of time and royally upset over the service I received. I went to my store and was told by 3 other associates they too were not treated well. I was not going to post this negative comment until others professed their treatment from this location. I feel it necessary that some sort of correction be made if they don't treat fellow employees with respect, I worry about sending customers to them. I finally got my item ordered online under my account, but it was not as easy as they said and it took me 45 mins to get up and running and order my item.

Yes the only way to remove the sensor they have to special tool to remove it just bring your receipt also showing you paid for it
No Walmart or kmart would be the only place for a car seat for that cheap. You sacrifice safety for cost. The cheaper the seat the cheaper the quality.
