They got me in same day as a new client which is impressive as most clinics are booked far out for appointments. Staff was very nice, also appreciated the gentle handling of my cat. Vet was very thorough in going over options.

Most people have had great experiences here but ours was not. We were referred from WSU because they could get our dog in sooner than WSU could for a dental issue that could possibly be a rare genetic disorder. Scheduled the appointment and made arrangements with work to get my dog there…without anything to eat. Showed up and they didn’t have her scheduled for her exam, but a checkup (which she didn’t need). They did get her rescheduled quickly for the correct exam. They then had to send out testing for this rare condition which was so so very stressful. They assured us they would contact us with the results, that didn’t happen. They received the results 2 weeks later but NO ONE notified us even after emailing inquiring about the results. We still wouldn’t have the results now, 5 weeks later if we didn’t reach out and insist someone contact us. Regardless of others great experiences, I will not be taking my dog to Alpine again.

They're so nice here. My dog is always excited to see any employee. They were able to help connect us with the specialist we needed easily, and they've been very kind and helpful any time I've called. I like this place a lot.

Hi, my name is Ty and my mom took me to a great place where everyone was so nice to me. I was scared but soon relaxed as I got all kinds of love. Mom was worried about me getting old so took me to the best place she could find for me and boy what a place. i got a total check up and none of it hurt and mommy felt so much better when the doctor finished because I am doing pretty good for a senior, just a little fat but the doctor is helping mom so she can make me lose weight. Boy there were no cats to bother me walking around either and all the other dogs were will behaved. It was so clean and nice there that mom says I will get to go back. I feel so much better now and so does mom . Thank you Alpine you are the best.
