I am a waiter I know what I am talking about the attitude of this waitress you do not greet you arrive with a bad attitude you wanted to take the order of immediately I bother you that we were not immediately ready then you left us last and in a bad way you came to the table to take the order ! First, every client has the right to ask, and more if it is the first time that they visit the place and have time to decide as a family, it does not have to bother you. You work as a waitress. Don't forget the racism They are looking to have a nice time with the family

Horrible experience, walked in and from the back of the building a worker was gesturing with two fingers and pointing for us to come sit at a booth. He did not greet us once seated. He only pointed at a QR code on the table to download the menu from our phones. We ordered our food, both specifying to cook the hash browns well done and extra crispy. We also asked for American cheese on the eggs. Please see photos. When the food came out I could not believe they dropped a single slice of American cheese over cold eggs and served it that way. The hash browns underneath appeared to not even have been cooked. Unfortunately we did not eat there and left. If that were my first time going to an IHOP I would never go back EVER.

The place is awesome, a hidden gem in Pinecrest. The attention is amazing, the food is really good and a lot! Place is not crowded so the ambient is pretty quiet and open 24/7. If you order a omelette, unless you have a big stomach, be careful if you choose a flavored crepe as a side or be ready to take it home. The chef even went out asking the customers about the food quality.

Been here many times and the service and food are usually pretty good. It's in a shopping plaza so it's kind of hard to notice but I used to come here a lot late at night when I was in college and had many a good meal here. But went today during a busy time (Saturday @ 11am) and the place was packed. It's kind of a smaller IHOP so try to avoid peak time or be ready to wait to be seated and wait a long time for your food. But the food was still tasty.
