Although the food quality just was not there... The server employee was incredibly great..! We arrived an hour before closing and yet see served us very well ...😊 But she was completely by herself and one can tell she was extremely tired both Serving & Cooking so I forgive for the Food Quality under the circumstances and hour we arrived... I feel like I should be able to return and eat A Freshly Prepared Breakfast On IHOP..! Shame on IHOP for having a single worker doing it all on her own. This was so UNACCEPTABLE..!

They don’t have personnel. I really like IHOP, however it’s incredible that only one poor girl was taking care of all the tables. The manager came and told us “can you guys chill and wait a couple of minutes, we only have one person taking care of the customers”. Unbelievable, how on Saturday they don't have personnel.

Best ihop ever!! Hostess had this place in order. Clean and just perfect. I forgot to take a picture of our breakfast but it was great. All hot and fresh. Kids ate their chocolate chip pancakes and everything was perfect. I hardly ever give 5 stars. But great job at this ihop!!!

Came in on a Saturday morning for breakfast with my family and had the worst service ever. We were barely greeted by our waitress and could tell she did not want to serve us. Everything was rushed and all answers were short. We ordered chicken and pancakes and when the food arrived the chicken was a big patty and not 4 tenders as the menu stated. I politely asked if this was the only chicken they had because the menu said tenders and she rudely told me that’s all they had. It would be nice to say that before or simply explain when it came out. Our drinks weren’t refilled and when we asked for more she stomped off without even acknowledging the request and brought drinks back. It felt like we were bothering her. Oh and they don’t serve grits at this ihop according to her. Worst experience ever and I won’t be going to this ihop again. The waitress Elena was have a rough day and shouldn’t have come to work this day.
