Cj was great on the phone and very helpful; we came in with my son's scooter. Jeff further assisted us and it was an amazing experience. Alot of good professional style scooters that will last for awhile. They also have knowledgeable staff on hand to help install. Which in our case my son wore out his brake. Pretty fun experience. Enjoyed meeting everyone. Will be back! Possibly for my own scooter in the future. The hoss!

Bought a Element skateboard. Bought a pro scooter. Win win all day. ☆☆☆☆☆ Upon entering, was met by Autumn & a gentleman (name unknown) and was instantly greeted with great customer service! I browsed around a bit (see photos) of their great selection. Place may not look huge at first, but trust me it has what you're looking for. After venturing Spokane, and visiting a lot of deck stores/ shops, I almost gave up and ordered online. My last stop was Shred, and they didn't disappoint! I was told right away that skateboard selections will increase next week, as shipments were still being processed. I like the honesty. If they didn't have an answer, employees were willing to find it. Nice! 5☆/5☆s Great customer service. Great selection. And honest pricing on their goods. *DO NOT come here expecting cheap stuff & cheap prices! This is a place if you're looking for well made sporting items & the prices are matched online (even times lesser by a small fraction). Still, a win win! Thank you for the great experience.

As a small business owner myself, I love supporting local. I was greeted by two, young workers when I entered who were both kind and friendly. One was clearly pretty new to working there, but was fantastic nonetheless. Friends had recommended I check out this place and I'm so grateful I did. Chad came up to help with checkout and took really great care of me, something I'm also so very thankful for. 100% would recommend this shop and will be back for all our ski needs.

Staff were super friendly/knowledgeable staff. Was able to bring in skis and bindings to get mounted same day. Also had professional level help getting boots fitted and a good range of products.
