The Head manager Muhammad charged me $31.00 additionally after paying $21 for a pizza, He gave me attitude, didn't refund me after I asked for it back.after I said bring back the pizza and hung up on me This guy should be fired he is unprofessional and very rude corporate should do something about him

Do not order from them RUN RUN RUN you’ll be disappointed that’s the second time I order a pizza first time they didn’t delivered when I call to speak with a manager I actually speak with the general manager he stated he’ll will send me a pizza but it will take a hour I said ok call hour later they told me they send the pizza out an hour ago through DoorDash I have to contact them how could I contact a company I didn’t order from… if I could I’ll have you zero

At first they had said from 47 minutes to 50 minutes okay I weighed my order and never got here so I reordered again and it came from 37 minutes to 47 minutes to basically spend 2 hours waiting for my pizza and on top of that and you know it's not what I asked for I spend $48

I ordered a 2 pizzas and a cookie tonight. The delivery guy called me and told me to come to his car. He refused to walk to my door. The delivery guy gave me the wrong order. I informed him. He went back to his car. I thought he was getting the correct order but he drove off. I went to the physical store and ask to speak to his manager. She refused to come out to speak to me. Then the delivery guy called me back and says he realize he gave me the wrong order. I told him I'm at the store. I asked the store for them to correct my order. They stated for me to wait for the delivery guy to come to the store. He came after completing his delivery requesting for me to give him the wrong order. I said no. Why would you want it back? In attempt to delivery it? They need to provide the other customer with a fresh , new order. I continued asking to speak to the manager. She refused to come out from the back and calls me stating You got your pizza and hung up. What type of customer service is this !? She needs to attend a course on managerial skills because she has none. I'm highly offended by the way I was treated especially having given them a heavy tip .
