Possibly the worst service ever. A packed store and not one employee came out to help anyone. The phone ringing off the hook. I’m not sure who runs this store, but it’s terrible

Usually a normal pizza joint, but tonight while ordering the new Calzone pizza the store had a mishap that they refused to own up to. I ordered 6 pizzas, 3 of which were supposed to be the cheese calzone pizza. Pepperoni was placed in the pizza despite this. Multiple employees insisted that the cheese pizza came with pepperoni inside that must be in there per recipe, and I had to argue for 30 mins pleading my point. I just want them to understand this is not the case and to correct this inconvenience. I've seen multiple reviews of this pizza and none of which had pepperoni on them.

I came here tonight and as I’m about order my food with the employee , this lady named Paulina rudely interrupted my order and told the younger gentleman to ring up an order that apparently could not wait . I found that very disrespectful and very bad customer service manners . If she’s a manager she’s terrible at it , the guy should have finished with my order which was one pizza and then after she could have easily taken the order she needed to ring up. Then when I came back to get my pizza she was counting the money and this time felt like she needed to ignore us and didn’t even help us , just very bad adequate manners she was right there and whoever trained her needs to be retrained with her. This is my location for little Caesars but won’t be coming back here . Such a disappointment!!!

When they advertise as " hot and ready" ...they truly are not..I've seen people wait 15 minutes for a pie...we waited 30 minutes for 4 basic, standard pies while they slowly put-putted around the store...really disappointed and dissatisfied with the way that they are so slow in getting orders created and dispensed. They need to remember when they have more demand times ( for example, Friday after 4 pm, weekends, etc)..however, I can say this for them, once they do get around to making your pizza, it is very hot and ingredients seem pretty fresh so that is their saving grace. While I will still patronize this restaurant, I will make sure I coordinate to drop the order, then go shopping for other things I need nearby to whittle my wait time.. If you go here, be prepared to wait, nothing is truly "ready" as advertised.
