Horrible personal. I sent a package from here. The tracking says it is not delivered. The personal in this location is lying to me that it is delivered. Customer service number automatic system does not allow me to talk to representative because the tracking number is not valid. So I am in the loop, and the personal at this location says that they can't do anything. I'll never use USPS again. And advice everyone to stay away from it. No wonder this place is going to bankrupt

Staff has awful attitude and purposely slow. This office is an example of everything a business should NOT be. Management is nonexistent and never more that 2 people in front working with public, no matter how long the lines. It is very sad and an embarrassment.

I would avoid this place if possible, despite the fact that they are working in customer service and for the Government the entire staff seems extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with their job. All including management have ZERO respect for their customers waiting time could go for extended PERIOD of times even if there are only one or two customers in line. Supplies... you will find what you need for shipping purposes and this building is very unique so unless you are here to take pictures of the building arm yourself with lots of patience while shipping your items away.
