Fast food takes 25 minutes to make it to the window, not so fast now is it? No fries and no onion rings after I waited that whole time, this is the worst ran restaurant

Went Thursday April 21 at 11pm. They upsold me on cheese and bacon, I asked how much more and they told me “cents.” So I thought not even a dollar of course. And then didn’t even add it!! I found out when I got home. I checked for a sauce with my chicken fries while I was still sitting there and they also didn’t add it. The current person working there is just hustling upsales without ensuring they are made. Tired of fast food restaurants constantly having deluxe versions and upsales and they always give you nothing.

This Burger King is the worst. The min we get in the drive through the agent was completely rude. I asked just for one second so I can see what my kids wanted to eat. She rushed me and said whatever to me while I was ordering. She told me that I had to drive around because I was running up her drive through time but I swear on my kids I was there maybe 10 seconds before she told me that. I would never run up anyones time. I’ve worked for the district manager of Wendy’s for a long time and I know how important it is to have your numbers right but never be rude to customers because at the end of the day. If there are no customers, then there’s no business and without business there’s no job. I was so shocked at the service they provided. I literally just got my new apartment a block away and was so excited to get some food after a long moving day. So sad.

Surprisingly ghetto for a Burger King. We were front of line and didn't get service for 5+ minutes, burgers and fries given to us were not hot. Floor had spilled liquid, dirt and was sticky all over! Tables were not cleaned (all of them) and the outside was full of litter. Sad.
