Quite disappointed and I hate complaining!! The service was sooooo slow for a fast food joint - This location is under construction and seriously busy - had to wait 40 min for a sundae. Once you are stuck in the drive through there is no way out or you cannot back out because of other cars waiting and the obstruction of construction!! TO TOP IT OFF we were craving sundaes and smoothies - when we finally crawled to the drive through a huge sign said “NO SUNDAES, MCFLURRIES, SMOOTHIES”! frustrating as we could not drive around construction .. 😭🤬

I don’t recommend going during their construction. I was in the drive through for almost 30minutes. I wanted to leave but due to the construction was stuck in the line. When I got to the window my order was all sorts of wrong. Take the extra drive to the weston road one you will save so much time.

I’m currently waiting to order at the drive thru. My car is in park. I’ve waited at the order kiosk for 15 minutes. No one is taking my order. I understand it is under construction but man. Close and reopen when you can actually serve costumers.

We were the first in line, placed our order at 9.36 and walked out with our order at 9:57. They were only serving the Drive-through only first. Inside orders had to wait 20 or more minutes. Even the order ahead customers were waiting a good 15 minutes...gave two stars, the food was hot and a typical McDonald's good. The service was a zero star
