20 people in line and ONLY 1 register open. Plenty of employees walking around but yet only 1 register. I’m not coming back here again!

I do not see how this place has 4 stars overall. The line is always up the aisles towards the back of the store. I came in for one white shirt before my flight and every white shirt I pulled from the racks was dirty. I finally found a few and have been standing in like for 45 minutes already and still waiting. They only have 3 registers open. This will definitely be my first and last time coming here. If my flight wasn't in 1.5 hours I would have definitely left and went to another retail store.
