I understand it's difficult to give a time estimate for waiting. I came in with a sick fussy baby who had been sick 4 days. I was told 5 people were ahead of me. I asked about how long that might be and was told they can't give estimates. As we waited, my baby continued to scream to point of almost puking. I just wanted a time estimate ballpark- 30 more minutes? 2 hours? Without any time estimate, I figured it may be hours, and was not putting my baby through that as she cried in pain. I took her home to give pain meds. I suppose if it's urgent enough, you'll wait, but with a sick baby, it's gut wretching to be sitting alone, unsure when you'll be seen. I'll be seeing the pediatrician tomorrow.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Patient, answered all my questions and we're relatable with their own experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area needing urgent care.

Don't really understand how others have rated this urgent care so low. I guess people expect 5 star VIP treatment 24/7. I've been coming to this urgent care for years now and they have always been great. The medical assistants are all super nice and accommodating and all of the doctors/providers are wise and treat you quickly. Some people say front desk isn't nice but they're just doing their job and I'm sure if we all had to deal with half of the things they do on a daily basis we wouldn't always be nice either. Keep up the great work!

Today, I took my 7 year old son to this unprofessional place today due to him complaining of an ear ache, sore throat and a cough. My son has a communication delay along with speach delay. He has always been scared to go to the doctors and normally will not speak during the visit. The nurse was absolutely rude and unprofessional with my son telling him to "HOLD STILL!" Going, I knew my son did not have Covid. Immediately she tested him for covid without my consent. I thought the swab was to check for strep nope, but went right up his nose and he was screaming. Then the doctor comes in with no bedside manners and literally looks in his ears, listens to his chest then ask my son to open his mouth which he never opens for any doctor due to being scared. Doctor is like "it's a little red!" Tells me if the results come back negative he can go to school unless he has a fever. Of course it came back NEGATIVE! Didn't even say what was going on with my son or anything! This place only cares to check you for covid that's it!!!
