They don’t deserve a single start. I am very disappointed with the customer service the store in Concord provided to my parents. The sales man unfairly make my parents paid twice because the receipt from the original purchase was lost. When we offered him to provide proof that the purchase was paid. He (sales man) told my mother, with a very rude attitude, that she was taking advantage of the situation and trying to get something for free. He pretty much took advantage of the situation and make my mother paid again for the material. People like this man shouldn’t work in customer service whatsoever.

Great place to pick up all my gardening needs. Seems to me the black redwood mulch is hard to find and these guys always carry it. I have also ordered big orders that are delivered and everyone is super professional. We have other projects planned and will definitely be back see you guys soon!
