This was such a fun trip!! i definitely recommend renting an umbrella because when you’re on shell key there’s no shade. the captain and first mate were very nice and made the trip go smoothly! i would recommend going to Shell Key, make sure you bring some goggles because you will find so many huge shells. 10/10 experience.

We LOVED deep sea fishing at Hubbard‘a Marina! NOTE: Half day is NOT enough time! Go for the entire day. The fish crew, Smokey and John were AMAZING! They were so patient with everyone, we kept on getting our rod tangled and they helped us over and over and over, without a single complaint. These guys made our trip so enjoyable. We tipped them nicely at the end. They worked their butts off helping everyone on board. John and Smokey also cleaned the fish after getting off the boat. Take your fish to The Friendly Fisherman Restaurant and they will cook it for you! Other restaurants on the pier will also cook it fir you as well, you have to call and check beforehand. A ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR LOVED ONES OR FRIENDS!!

Just wanted to thank Captain Zip and First mate Robin for an amazing day! Both were so helpful and informative! Beautiful island, snorkeling is cool! Saw 2 spotted Manta Rays which was amazing! Seriously, the caption and Robin (girl in picture) were just delightful! I hope to get them again when my family visits and I take them here! Thanks so much!! Great trip!!

I took the Dolphin Watch excursion and it was so much fun. We were able to see some dolphins. The captain was very knowledged in the history and homes in the area. I can't wait to take another tour. I paid $26 for a 2-hour tour approximately and it was well worth it.

Exactly what Michael said.
Yes. I'm not sure if there is a limit on how many you can bring. Call and ask. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.
You can but they have a certain inch requirement.
Mr. Solomon, simple answer is the 39 hour pile is at 6:30 in the morning and I work typically 5am-5pm so sticking around until 7pm when the 12 hour returns is tough... I have gotten some videos from the 12 hour extreme returning at 5pm and I have put up some photos from our 12 hour day trip but the party boat 12 hour catch is not impressive or comparable to the 39 hour catch plus on that trip fish come off in stringers not a big pile so it's not as easy to video I would have to just video people coming off the boat holding stringers and not everyone likes to be filmed and sometimes new guests don't do as well and don't want to show off their catch... these are all reasons why, but it's been averaging 50-80 red snapper some days more than others and most experienced anglers have had no problem catching their two red snapper and doing well out there with a handful of other fish in the mix too.
Mark, we have three types of 12 hour trips... $129 - 12 hour night mangrove snapper trip runs March-september on friday nights and fishes 25-35 miles in 60-110 foot of water for mangrove snapper, vermillion snapper and more and gives around 8 hours fishing time $129 - 12 hour short red snapper trip - runs during red snapper season only which is June 1st-July 22nd at 12:01am for 2018 and it offers 4-6 hours fishing time approx 40-60 miles from shore and is the SHORTEST cheapest option for red snapper during their short season, we would encourage you to do the 12 hour extreme or even better a 39 hour in lieu of this one but if you were short on time and budget this trip will get you out to red snapper areas too and give you a great shot at em $300 - 12 hour extreme - best 12 hour in my opinion - gives you 7-8 hours fishing time 70-100 miles from shore we only allow up to 16 people on this trip aboard our one of a kind flying HUB 2 a custom built private charter boat
You can bring your own bait, or you can buy it there. If you want pin fish, you have to call at least a day before and reserve them. They always have shrimp for sale. They also have a tackle shop. And you can also rent rods
Usually fish look for warmer water so all depends where they take you. I would give them a call
we have tons of trip options with pricing information listed on our great website, https://HubbardsMarina.com if you want you can visit our site or call or text us at (727)393-1947 and we can help you get all set up on one of our deep sea fishing charters, offshore party boat fishing, dolphin watching nature cruise and eco tour trips, sunset tours, island trips, shelling tours, snorkeling excursions, kayak or paddleboard rentals and more! We look forward to spending the day on the water with you inside fish famous Johns Pass Madeira beach at Hubbard's Marina!
