Purchased a 1500 dollar dinning room table Havent had it but maybe a year and the legs are breaking already, and falling off the chairs. Photos below... This is poor quality furniture to say the least , but with a high quality price tag. For 1500 dollars this table should have at least lasted 5 years before it starts falling apart. Not cool!. Seriously mad about wasting such a large amount of money on junk!

Good variety of styles, I noticed most living are sets were earth tones but you might of been able to order them in different colors. I have bought several leather sets there over the years and they have always held up. I was there to get my father a recliner for father's day. Very happy they had it in stock and able to deliver it before father's day. I thought the delivery charge of 80.00 was steep. I found a new couch to replace my current one. Unfortunately they didn't have it in stock and i would have to wait 6 to 8 weeks. Decided my current couch was still in good shape, I didn't need it now. The service was good and the salesman was helpful enough.

Was extremely pleased with instant text response to questions I had about a possible purchase and the following Q & A exchange via text chat about that item based on information provided on the Kane's website. I was informed that the item was available for review in two stores. I selected the store in Saint Petersburg and was pleased to learn that the associate I had been chatting with via text worked at that store. I arranged a time that she would be there and was again pleased with customer service I received in the in-person, face-to-face setting... both highly professional and warm and friendly at the same time! This associate, named "Summer" thoroughly explained the product and the arrival/delivery targets. I made several purchases and left the store with a smile on my face, assured that Summer would provide appropriate status updates. A "five-star experience" for me!!! Thank you Summer! 🙂

Mattress Delivered from Kane's with Mold on mattress! 1/14/2022 I received a Therapedic mattress from Kanes that was under the comfort guarantee. I paid an extra $155.60 for this mattress. When the delivery Men unwrapped it, we immediately spotted Mold on 3 corners of this mattress. They took it back to the truck and brought my original mattress back in. I immediately called the St Pete store and spoke to the Manager Jessee and wanted to send him photos, but he was not interested in seeing the photos and said they would send another mattress. I told him I did not want another mattress that came from the same location and to just refund my $155.60. A week went by and no refund and I called corporate. Jessee did not refund my money and another mattress was scheduled for delivery, (so he had not done what I asked). I was told a refund would be done by corporate. I have called back four times and just got $85 credited. No call to me, no apology, no explanation for the $85. Bottom line, this store is negligent. The bigger issue here is, why the heck would a "NEW" mattress have mold on it? #kanesmattress #therapedic #kanesreviews

Ask for Richard Singer...(in the St Pete's store) he's awesome and WON'T lie to you like they ALL do in the Ocala store!!!
