We had the absolute best experience with Michael Koolick at Doma!! My husband and I purchased living and family room furniture (sofa, 5 chairs, coffee table) and at every step of the way Michael went above and beyond in terms of service. He made several trips to our home to bring fabrics so we could see them in their final location. We cannot recommend Michael enough! And the furniture itself (mostly DellaRobia) is of top quality. The follow through was great. We even had an issue with the coffee table that was very satisfactorily resolved. The delivery guys are great too. We recently purchased dining room and outdoor furniture and a chandelier from DoMa in the past year. Stephanie was extremely helpful and provided amazing customer service. During this past difficult year, she always kept in touch, reassuring us when she heard anything about delivery dates. She returned calls promptly with any questions we had. She sent numerous room plans to give us ideas and this was so helpful in deciding how to place our furniture and what pieces to order. We are thrilled with our purchases. DoMa has a wonderful selection of contemporary furniture and provides great service. We would highly recommend them!

We got the most amazing service by Stephanie! She helped us with a gorgeous sofa (I told my husband he can bury me on this lol) and recliner. But it was the after service that got me …. We were having an addition built and due to Covid it was delayed a year and Stephanie allowed us to store our sofa in their warehouse during this time. We didn’t know it would be this long and every couple months I had to call Stephanie and ask her if we could push out our delivery date - and store the sofa longer - and it was never an issue, she was delightful the entire time!!! Not only does this store have gorgeous merchandise, their staff is top notch!
