I have been staying at extended stay on executive drive throughout the summer with my family and the staff has been phenomenal. They recently renovated all the rooms so it is clean and comfortable. If I have any questions or concerns the staff and management is quick to respond. The rates are reasonable. The only thing I believe they can improve on is the breakfast but they still have a good choice for on the go.

Not only were the people who work here pleasant and courteous, but the people who were staying there long term (meaning more than 3 days ) had such great things to say about the staff. Somehow this Extended Stay has fostered an environment of genuine concern and care for their guests and their neighbors. Hats off to management for hiring and training such quality staff members. I will be back!

This facility is the finest I have seen in my many travels. All matters to make one’s stay here a pleasant are guaranteed. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. The General Manager, Billi, is a consummate professional. Her dealings with all of the guests is world class. She should be teaching “how to be a great manager” to all of your personnel. The Maintenance Engineer, Jon, also deserves a shout out, as he brings professionalism to the workplace daily, even when there is much to do, he keeps a very positive perspective, and gets it done. Debra, Debby, Patricia and Tina keep this facility spotless. They are to be commended for their positive work ethic. Front Desk crew are also fantastic. Shout out to Jessi, Jessica, and Levi, for their positivity and courtesy with any and all guests. This ESA is a model for how it’s done, get it done, welcome all, and overall good times.

Positive: The staff I interacted with were all very nice. Numerous clean towels in the room and clean bed. Negative: The page for this hotel says they have a pool which they do not. Upon arrival, that was a very disappointing thing as it was one of the main reasons I booked here. Also the included ¿breakfast¿ is nothing more than a coffee and muffin or granola bar
