Pretty good. There was 2 hateful allegiant ladies at the counter. Not with me, but with a lady who was lost and trying to figure out where her gate was and she didn't speak clear English or upstand that well. The airport was clean!! Bathrooms were clean and fully stocked. TSA was super friendly. I had to be "frisked" because my spinal cord stimulator battery caused an issue, but the female agent was very polite. It's great that there are electrical outlets to charge electronics.

The airport it's self is very nice well organized and extremely easy to navigate. With that being said the buck pretty much stopped there. We flew Allegant. Let's say I don't have much good to say about that airline. We were supposed to leave on a Sunday morning, we received an email about 4 hours before departure saying the flight was canceled and rescheduled the next day. We were offered a few vouchers which wasn't anything to write home about. Luckily we stayed with family and didn't need to make alternate plans for hotels and what not. But wait it gets worse! The next day we show up to the airport only to find out there was an incident that kept all flight from coming or going. Many flights were automatically canceled, others rescheduled. Then the rest was delayed. From here Allegiant handled the situation horribly!! The remaining flight they had the people clear the check in line and called out which flights they needed to get on first. My wife, 2 kids and I sat there for 4 hours. I asked when I could expect to check in for my flight. They told us they forgot to call it, and it wasn't on the screen and that it was already boarding and about to leave the gate. Surprisingly we actually made it.

Great little airport. Had direct flight and with no difficulties landing and picking up rental car. Directional signs were very clear and convenient. Security on flight out seemed a little over the top but overall airport is clean, convenient and would definitely use again.
