My wife read the reviews and was worried about my visit. I was pleasantly surprised on how well I was treated from the beginning to the end. They were very busy, but on time. In fact, my appointment at 11 was completed by 11. I showed up thirty minutes early and got in 15 minutes early for my MRI. The employees at the front desk made me two CDs and I was on my way home by 11:15. I would like to thank the whole team for there politeness and professional experience.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Premises is very clean and orderly. Overall, would have given 5 stars, but there was a little mix up on the bill of services. I thought I’d work it out at a later time with my healthcare provider if need be. My husband happened to call our provider to question the charge and it turns out I would’ve been charged a higher price there. The front desk was appreciative of my husband’s efforts and immediately corrected the billing accordingly. My suggestion to everyone is “know what you’re being charged for” beforehand. Don’t just pay the amount they say. Either their billing people don’t know what they’re doing or don’t understand all the plans available or don’t care. You can call your provider ahead of time to confirm what the charge should be for specific services before going to your appointments. This pertains to wherever you go for treatment. I’m not picking on SimonMed. That’s what I learned that day!

I was able to get an appointment the same day. My appointment was late in the day so parking was easy. Receptionist was very helpful, professional. Office was nice and clean. The technician was helpful and explained what was going to happen. I was in and out without waiting. I would recommend the Daly City site.

I had an appointment at 1130am and arrived at 11am per instruction. Front staff was friendly and efficient. There were at least 12 or more patients in the waiting room and hallway. She asked me to return about 1145am instead. I came back at 1145am and the technician direct me to the changing room and put my stuff in the locker. One patient was waiting inside and 2 more in the hallway. He asked me to wait in another room for another 20 minutes before my turn. Technician was professional also. But, I felt the booking was overloaded and too crowded!
