The service was prompt and pleasant. The food was hot and the red beans and rice great. The chicken breast nuggets were not overly fresh but they were not dry at least, BUT.. they had no napkins, eating chicken with my hands and not having a single napkin? You've got to be kidding me. I ate with my right hand to keep my left clean to get into my car for a wet wipe after eating.

Waited in a line with 3 cars ahead of me, I get to the speaker only to hear hold on a minute. I waited for just a few minutes, I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich......I was then told we don't have any Chicken sandwiches at this time????? Seriously? How can a business that sells chicken not have chicken available AT LUNCH TIME? I don't normally take time to leave poor feedback I usually just deal with it but REALLY? Good bye Popeyes....I won't be back until you hire a manager that knows how to run the place!

Would give 5 stars if just getting their chicken sandwich, which is always moist. Had a T-mobile Tuesday coupon, can only offer when you order to ask that they pick chicken not over cooked. The chicken breast was over cooked, soft of well done and meat was not moist at all inside, which made it less desirable when eating it. Still like their chicken sandwich more then Chick-Fil-A (though it too is good).

This review isn’t regarding the food but the attitudes of the employees and the wait time. I went into this location about two weeks ago and waited for 20+ minutes for an order of fries. I ordered just fries and it took that long. I was in there initially waiting for someone to take my order for about 10 minutes. 30+ minutes just for fries… The manager who wears a pair of glasses is chill and all but everybody else just doesn’t want to be there and you can tell. They have headphones in, phones out, and don’t seem interested in working there at all. I get it, it’s a fast food job, but the energy / vibe you bring into your work place can affect a lot, including your customers. Get right because these 1 out of 5 reviews on Google for this location are getting out of hand. Something needs to be changed.
