Just played 18 in July of 2022 - greens are incredible, compared to the other public courses in the area. And only paid $25 to play (after 12:00). Golf carts are dated, but I can overlook that. Best I have seen this course in a while. Love it!

First time playing - course was in great shape. There are nine Par 3s and nine Par 4s, some of which are driveable. Greens played super fast and we couldn't get a ball to stick to save our lives. Price was good (around $26 for 18 riding). I booked on Groupon and was scheduled with three other golfers. Staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating as they were happy to add an extra cart so my wife (non-player) could join our scheduled foresome (without extra fees). Course was busy but play flowed well - about 3.5 hours for a foresome of bogey golfers with no waiting for the next hole to finish. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely be playing this course again when the weather cools down.

I had the opportunity to play the Landings golf course with my brother while visiting family on Tuesday, 2/22/22. Despite the high play volume and the summer like conditions in February, the course was in very good condition especially the greens and groomed sand traps. The course is compact and is situated by a small airport that has it's share of traffic throughout the round. The forgiving layout offered 9 - par three's and 9 - par four's. This is a great course for those like me, from the northeast who don't play in the winter, playing their first round. The price is right too as we paid $37 w/cart and I rented clubs for $20. The clubs however were nothing special but they were functional. I definitely recommend this course while visiting the Clearwater and Largo area.

Pros: -decent price for a decently maintained course Cons: -expect to wait a long time for each hole if it’s busy. The people here have no etiquette. I was behind a ninesome. -walking, there is no where to sit while waiting . Some benches would be nice

The vote to turn it into an industrial park was turned down by the voters so it's going to stay
