We placed an online order and when I entered our phone number to track it, there were no orders found. Called the location, was immediately placed on hold for almost 5 minutes. Hung up, called again and the employee who answered said that they were working on a $400 order and could not speak with us and said to order online. I informed them I had to ensure that the order we placed was confirmed, and that we were not calling to place an order. We just needed a confirmation that our order was received. They continued to inform me that they were working on a $400 order and that they cancelled our order because they did not have enough people in the building to place the 3 pizzas we ordered. I am hoping that the credit card we used is not charged, because we never got a confirmation of cancellation because the employee hung up the phone before we could make that request.

Called and ordered the wacky wednesday pizza and be sub. Got over charged and the pizza was wrong when I called the manager said he would make a new one so I drove back and he said all he was going to do is put some sauce on the one I brought back. I returned the pizza he didn't care if they had the order wrong and was over charged.
