I have been using this car wash for ten years and always have a great experience with the staff and services provided!! The car wash is clean and in a great location! want to add that Willy is always so helpful and kind. I like to take my kiddos through the car wash, it’s a fun little summer activity and one day I left my wallet but Willy was so gracious to pay it forward and allow me to come through and allow my kiddos some summer fun!

Used to be ok for a super cheap wash. Had been going down in quality lately, but my most recent visit will be my last. To start, I had to get out of my car to find an attendant. He was sitting in the office on his phone with 2 people waiting in line. Then at the end there was another SNAFU. There’s an auto repair shop or something like that right next door and a tow truck backed up into the car wash exit as I was trying to exit. The gate went up, but I was stuck there with the tow truck in front of me and another customer in back of me. I did not move in time (because I couldn’t) and the gate came down on the hood of my car. So an $8 wash now is going to cost me paint and possibly body damage. Avoid. Spend more and go elsewhere. It’s not worth the cheap wash.

NOT A SAFE CAR WASH!!!! I have been using this car wash for about five years because of its convenience and the fact that you don’t have to get out of your vehicle. I have also been part of the wash club multiple times throughout that five years. But last weekend when I pulled through the car wash there employee pulled me up very close to the railing. I know you weren’t supposed to touch your wheel nor touch your break and have your gears in neutral, which I didn’t. Soon after that vibration that I felt I saw my tire sensor light come on on my dash. I prayed that it wasn’t a flat tire, unfortunately my prayers were not answered. My valve stem cover had been ripped completely off of my tire. And my wheel was damaged by pulling over to the vacuums on a flat tire.I called the number listed on Google multiple times with no answer. So I had to go online and email them. Upon finally getting a hold of the manager to the Hillsboro location which took some time my I add. I was finally able to get a hold of somebody that told me that they were going to help. We have been in back-and-forth contact all week and for the past two days I have gone to the company for them to repay me for the repairs to my vehicle and there has been no one there. I have literally never left a bad review on Google and it takes me a lot to do something like this because I’m just not that type of person. But I feel like I have been thoroughly taken advantage of and I don’t appreciate it whatsoever.
