I’m so irritated. I brought my vehicle in this afternoon for a platinum interior and exterior wash. The place was not busy. I made sure to take all trash and loose items out to be respectful and so that focus could be on washing the car. My vehicle was “supposedly” cleaned in less than 10 minutes. People who were there before me were still waiting for their vehicles. I was told my vehicle was ready and walked out to see a filthy windshield, dried soap streaks all over the car and the interior barely wiped down. In fact, as you can see from the photo my dashboard and all trim pieces were NOT wiped down and left dirty. This is so wrong!

I have a monthly subscription for the premium car wash. Mister Car Wash's equipment is top notch. The exterior car wash is always excellent. Every inch of the car is spic and span. Even the tires. Today, I had them clean the interior after a holiday trip. The guys did a great job. They even dry the door jams thoroughly. I always dribble my frappuccino all over the cup holder and they cleaned it out completely. If you have a Mister Car Wash in your area they should be your car wash of choice.

Edit: The day after I posted this I saw people inside inspecting the wash, I've noticed they're increasing the attention the employees have to my truck before I go in the wash for example taping stuff that may be susceptible to damage my keypad door. Again I think the folks who work here and the owners care quite a bit about quality. So, don't let my review deter you from visiting. Just keep in mind a black car is impossible to keep clean and without flaws. I have a membership so I can drive through without waiting. They will do the interior for a few more dollars (10?) It's a decent car wash and I'm not reviewing the people who work there. I'm sure they're great at what they do, what I'm rating is the wash itself. One cool thing is tire dressing while you drive through, but there's other drawbacks that make me cautious. The horizontal spinners always slap my mirrors so hard they bend forward, then the next set slaps them back. I have auto-fold mirrors, and I'm afraid they're getting damaged inside. The mechanism within them that is. Second, my truck doesn't get clean in a couple places. The tailgate is always soaked and has soap streams if I don't dry it off. Same with the back vertical window. It doesn't get dry in the blower section, so a wipe down is always necessary. Additionally, I have quite a few scratches and swirl marks from the brush scrubbers. I feel like it could be dialed in better in some spots, but I do continue to visit. I'm going to have my truck polished and after that I'll likely quit going because it's damaging my clear coat. Again I'm not commenting on the employees at all, I'm certain they are professional and polite, I just think that if you're trying to keep your car (especially a black one) from having micro scratches and swirls, then go to a different place. You will have quite a few on the hard edges like your roof corners where the vertical side of your car meets the roof.

I paid $24 for interior vacuuming and exterior wash, think it was their base package. I went early morning 9ish on a weekday , service was quick , there was only 2 cars ahead of my car. The staff was friendly and behaved in a business like manner. The car wash was okay, I've definitely had better and worst so it's somewhere in the middle. I think they could have done a better job vaccuming, especially between the seats and in the trunk. I found it odd that I was asked at check-in, when I was paying, if unwanted to leave a tip. I thought tips were based on service, so don't know how I could accurately determine the tip amount before the service was completed. Tipped upon exit. It's nice that they're quick but I would rather they slow down a little and do a better job.

Yes, as a matter of fact Mister Car Wash does have senior days where you would receive which ever service you choose at a discounted price. Either on Tuesday or Wednesday. I apologize for the lack of specifics.
I don't work there. But when I went it was 20$ for machine wash. And you can vacuum your car yourself for free. They provide vacuums there.
Happened to my Mercedes and well, they won't call you back. Sorry to here that.. Best bet is to drive back up there.
