I’m willing to give them a break. They punched their greens 3 weeks ago and the weather hasn’t cooperated. I’m sure they will recover. I’m willing to overlook the lack of sand in the bunkers. If I were a better player maybe I wouldn’t see so many. But be aware. If you make a tee time more than 5 days in advance, they are going to charge a $20 FEE, not a deposit. I’ve never seen or heard of anything like it, but maybe I should get out more. Nob North is always a fun golf course, but it wasn’t good yesterday

Sept 2021 UPDATE: Since posting the below review, Nob North has corrected most of the cart path problems and has repaved much of the course making for a far smoother ride and much more enjoyable experience. Much appreciated! = = = = = = = = = = Tees, greens, and fairways were in great condition...especially the greens. This course used to be SO freakin' sweet, but I've not played it in ~3 years, and the cart paths now are just abysmal. Broken, cracked, holes, rises/humps ALL OVER THE PLACE. It didn’t used to be this way. Although we enjoyed our round while we were on the grass, the condition of the cart paths is unacceptable for a $52 round. And it wasn’t just on a few holes. I’m talking 12-14 of the 18 holes...it was just awful, and it detracted from the overall experience of playing this little jewel course that not many people know about. Whatever happened in the past 3-years to the cart paths...FIX IT PLEASE!!!

Drove over an hour to play here. Course was nearly unplayable wet. Round took 5:15 to play. No Marshall to push play. Loud music coming from cart in group behind us. Won’t do that again. And paid $54 to play there, about $30 more than it was worth.

Play several times each year at this course. Has to be one of the best managed and maintained public courses I play on. Challenging layout but not unfair for mid to high handicap players. Greens are best kept of any public course in North GA and East TN.

Definitely required. We also were told about the greens being redone and it would be late summer before they opened back up.
