Great experience with this field office the officers are so kind, understanding and super professional. You may want to get here a litte early just to make sure you have plenty of time standing in the line in front of the building.

Worst place to do bond transactions. Staff is so incompetent, confused and unprofessional. They re-did the work 3 times because they couldn’t type correctly. And do no ask them how long it will take, coz the answer is “don’t know”. I thought DHS would hire some quality people. Also, their technology is old school and outdated, it takes minutes for screen to refresh and servers crash daily. I would suggest going to Sacramento for your bond transactions.

This was my first visit to an ICE office and it was clear to me that the point of it is to humiliate, frustrate and intimidate. Everyone must present ID to enter the building, even though the guards at the door barely look at it. They were unfriendly and barely acknowledged people going through the door screening. I have had better service from TSA. Once in, there is no clear signage near the elevator nor in the elevator (good thing we knew which floor to go to). The only publicly accessible restrooms are on the first floor. Public bathrooms and waiting areas were not clean, were not orderly nor welcoming. The ICE personnel who we spoke to were unhelpful, provided no explanations unless pressed, few spoke Spanish. They acted like were were a huge inconvenience to them. One man sent us to the completely wrong building because he couldn't be bothered to check our case specifically. When we returned he looked very put out that we had returned. This is the worst example of a government "service" I have ever encountered. ICE should immediately be abolished. This is a waste of our tax dollars.
