Postmen here are scammers! I Lost 3 packages within one month! Tracking status says all 3 packages were “delivered in mailbox,” but none were in there. Per tracking, these were all delivered on different days. I spoke to the manager but she claimed someone stole all 3 packages - from the locked mailbox which needs a key to open (in an apartment with cameras). I check my mail every day and the packages weren’t there. I think the postman stole my packages or threw them away as they don’t bother delivering to apartments!!! No responsibilities were held and they can’t even figure out who delivered on those 3 days or tried to figure out where my packages got delivered to. Is this is their new way of scamming? I purchased these items on ebay but they can’t refund as trackings were marked as “delivered” by USPS… Do not come to this post office!

I have been using this post office for drop-offs and purchases for several years. I have always had good service and the staff has always been dependable and knowledgeable. Many of the same folks have been there for years, which makes it a nice familiar place.

If this post office had to make a profit, it would have been gone years ago. Very poor service from people who have retired on the job. Often wait while they chat with their friends. Parking lot is inadequate for the level of business.

Depends if the parcel has arrived in the facility .You need to call the Post office and talk to a supervisor there to see if it's there .

Yes but you have to get the ticket from main office in dusterberry for the same first .
Yes ,they do ,front window is open for service.
the carrier will left notice of trying delivery to your mail box post office will keep items two weeks before send it back to sender or you can contact customer service supervisor to try to make especial way such as hold at office and delivery it on Monday but that will be for one time only
