Ordered large, paid for large, but got a medium. I'm and not a dunkin fan in the first place but the service at most of the reading area dunkins is shotty at best.

Would not allow me to order food inside even tho they let you pick up inside order this is stupid. You could have taken one second to place my order since my rig can not fit through drive through literally what is the difference 💁🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️

Are Sales tanking?? Its not post pandemic issues- You have yourselves to blame. Doors are open but you turn (walking) customers away saying you will only take orders through your drive thru!!

I ordered a hot drink, they repeated back to me correctly and proceeded to give me the iced version. The donut i was given was under proofed and stale... I try to avoid this location but was in a hurry. Will not make the same mistake again!
