The reviews are correct. I just tried calling with no answer. Can anyone tell me what a 2bed 2bath is going for there?

My daughter and grandbaby live here and it was my first time visiting her apartment. It's just her and my grandbaby in a 1 bedroom. I like it and it has a private balcony for her to sit and relax. Her place was cozy and the bedroom and closet was very spacious and a walk in. This is her 1st place on her own and I'm so proud of her. Even better moving in during covid. The walls were painted very bright white, it felt very big and airy all around the apt. It looks like the units are being upgraded since it was trucks and workman in areas outside. The location is great she's close to everything if needed. The drive from my home in San Francisco to hers wasn't bad at all. She's close to on ramps to anywhere. The weather was shining bright and warm. I plan to visit more often in the coming weeks. Overall I'm very proud of my only daughter for branching out on her own. Thank you to the manager of the apts for letting my daughter move in her first place. My grandbaby loves her new house.

They never answer the phone. My husband and I have to call about 20-30 times in a row before they MAYBE answer. My husband once called from outside the office to see what they did and they all didn’t answer the phone. The office staff do not communicate with each other. If you leave a message for someone they are not going to call you back. Everything is being renovated currently but the quality of the work once renovated is poor. Our new floor is already peeling up.Maintenance is also a leave a message type of ordeal, even if it’s an emergency. They sent an email to leave positive review with a specific employees name so they can get a $25 bonus, so I wouldn’t be surprised if you see people that don’t actually live here leaving good reviews for their friends/family. I’m hoping with all the renovations the two pools will finally open up after 3 years of being closed. And they might get gym equipment that isn’t broke, but I’m not holding my breath.

This was my first time in my own place to live in this experience, and I pretty much didn't like it, the unit had problems that I seen was not fixed and I was blindsided by multiple rent increases, vehicles towed, vandalism, the whole process of the complex was not a pleasant experience, then turn around and was made forced to leave, I'm all right with the whole situation, I just wish you guys do a better job at how you manage all apartments because there's a lot of things that's easily fixed just need a little bit of communication with residents

Is this a low income apt complex
We apologize for the late response. This property was closed on New Year's Day.
You have to call to the office. There are many people applying but it's a big community so maybe you are lucky
