The customer service at this location starting to feel like a McDonald’s. Ghetto. You will not get the chic-fil-a “my pleasure” experience at this location. Will be calling corporate to ask for a retraining of the staff at this location, including the “manager”

If they ever get my order right I'll change this. I even spoke to manager and owner and they gave a gift card. I've been back 3xs and never has an order been right still. I give up.

Drove 45 minutes to come pick up dinner. Disappointed that the fries were not fresh and my yogurt parfait was nothing like they advertise. I paid an upgrade fee to replace the fries with a yogurt that looks like a 5 year old put together. Not impressed.
