DO NOT BUY from this company. We purchased a dirt bike for our son for Christmas. It arrived damaged. Pictures were taken of the broken plastic pieces and we were still charged $30/each for them upon return. Multiple issues with dirt bike including gas leaking from carburetor, foot brake no functioning. After a handful of rides by my 9 year old the gas leaked from carburetor and then dirt bike would not start. I took it to a local dealer for repair hoping to be a quick fix. Nope. Mechanic found several issues and suggested we return the bike with the “60 day guarantee” he did however get the bike to start again. We returned the bike within the 60 days and because it started when it was returned, did not receive a full refund. Fine print does say $250 restocking fee and I had to pay the $200 to ship back a brand mew defective dirt bike. Charged me $60 for freight damage- I had pictures of where it was deceivers to me this way. I ended up being out about $600. Customer service was a nightmare. They took days and weeks to respond. It was a very slow process and they were rude and did not care they sold a defective product and did not give a full refund. Seemed like they were pretty used to complaints and were not concerned at all with my issues. Any decent company is going to give a full refund for a defective product. Instead I was charged $200 to ship the defective bike back and $250 to restock it ! Unbelievable. I’m sure they probably sold this bike to someone else who will have the same issues. BEWARE and purchase elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

We ordered 3 four wheelers from this company for Christmas for my kids. They sent us NON WORKING four wheelers. We communicated with them. Called, sent emails, opened tickets. They told us to package up the four wheelers. So we spent 8 hours doing so to be shipped back. Then they told us we are “SOL” and they are not helping us. They will not return phone calls, emails, text messages or ticket claims

We purchased two four wheelers before Christmas a Apollo Blazer 125 & Apollo Sniper 125. Each unit has been rode by a 7 and 9 year only a handful of times due to these quads being ABSOLUTE JUNK! I wouldn’t recommend either model or this company for anyone to buy from! Customer service has been the worst I’ve ever seen. It took them over a month and a half to respond to my emails about broken parts and damaged freight. Read the fine print where you will be hit with additional freight fees that you will pay after you make your purchase. We should have cancelled our order then and saved ourselves $3000+. Save yourself the headache and having disappointed children go for the Honda or name brand. We thought we could save a few bucks putting it together ourselves and going off reviews here. I feel terrible my husband works so hard to provide for our family and we wasted $3000 on junk that we can’t get replaced or returned. I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star our experience has been that bad!

This was supposed to be a Santa gift for our son however it came missing everything including instructions. Customer service has been awful. We sent over a claim and paid extra for insurance and they still did not send us the parts required. Missing parts include nuts, bolts, shocks on the front not to mention the huge dent and scuff on the front from being damaged during shipping. I will be reaching out to our bank next to try and make this right as the company is unwilling to help. RUNNNN FROM THIS BUSINESS! We are out hundreds of dollars all for a broken 4 wheeler.
