I was told by the call center that I could come in for a walk-in for a simple condition requiring a prescription of antibiotics, but when I arrived I was told that was not an option during the hours provided by the call center.

The staff are pretty nice for the most part. I thought the doc was great. But it’s almost impossible to speak to them on the phone or even make an appt. Also, one time I was about 12 min late and they would not see me. They have a 10 minute Grace. I had my 2yr old granddaughter in tow, but nope, wouldn’t see me. Plus I had to stand in line for a couple minutes. Did they count that against me too? I ended up running out of my meds and that’s ALL Bad. I was furious.

Our Drs moved from I one to here last month. I was able to get my Mother an appointment without any problem. On the day of the appointment I had got the time wrong and we were 1/2hr late. The receptionist, Susan was wonderful and got us in anyway. The staff is very friendly and we got to keep our Drs. Thank you

The office staff and medical assistants are great. Everything else is horrible. I went for two things, I've waited for over a week for this appointment. Spent about 10 minutes talking about one thing and as I was trying to move on the the next doctor told me "we're out of time, visits are only 10 minutes." I understand you cannot sit for an hour talking to patients..but 10 minutes? That's all? Doesn't seem right. And that's pretty terrible bed side manner. I definitely will not be going back and I don't recommend this place for any reason.

You can have your child's physical done there. You can go as a walk-in; but an appointment would be best.

They have a pediatrician there so for shots and well child check a definite yes. I paid cash so I am unaware of insurance acceptance
If you have health insurance, it will depend on your co-payment. If it is out of pocket expense, you should call their office for the cost.
WellSpace has a walk-in clinic, as well as primary care providers. The place that needs you to have this done usually includes instructions and/ or a list of places you can have this done. I'm not sure that any doctor's office will do it, and if they do, that it would be for free. Along with their signature comes liability. Not to mention, the way things are these days with insurance companies and health laws, someone is paying for every minute he's clocked in. I'd call the place that gave you the form and ask them, to be sure. You don't want to waste your time and money. Speaking of which, WellSpace works on a sliding scale, based on ability to pay. That has been the worst place I have ever gone my MRI order set on there desk for 6 weeks before they referred it to my insurance company
Depends on what time you call. I know they have an answering service do that may be why you aren't receiving any calls back.
Yes; they do walk-in without appointments. They accept most health care insurance.
Immediate care is open, but the regular medical and dental offices are closed on weekends.

I can't say what the cost would be; they will probably send Sutter Amador hospital for the images
