The staff is well-trained and listens to what we are looking for, talks knowledgeably about different makes and prices and then watches and listens to our try-out feedback. When it comes to comfort and feet protection this is a WWAAAYYY better way then online to buy a shoe you will be pounding into the pavement.

I was helped by Sam, and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't have the specific shoes I was looking for, but she was able to talk me through the alternatives that they did have, explaining all of the motion control / stability details that are important to a flat-footed, large, over-pronator like me. The store also has all of the tools needed to help someone who might not know what kind of shoe they actually need. Also, their rewards program is excellent. I like to support local businesses, but even if I was just looking for the best deal, the rewards program made my purchase better than anything online. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking for quality running shoes.

I came in to purchase a new pair of cross trainers. Nile was the gentleman who assisted me. He was wonderful. Nile was very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. He answered all my questions, was thorough in listening to me and offering viable suggestions, and sold me a great pair of trainers. The store was clean, well laid, out and well lit, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. All employees welcomed new customers and all seemed very approachable. It was a great shopping experience and I will be back!
